From our Third Round Table Discussion; I received a number of submissions of which I also will add an overview and report that will follow each one. Our Third Round Table with Dennis Paproski took place On Aug 20, 2024.

Round Table Three: Most of the desire of Domcor is the providing of security and why they are the best suited for the job when it comes to our city services. This will come out next in a combination of Round Tables #3 & #4 in meetings with Dennis Paproski which lead to A Special Face to Face Meeting with Councillor Andrew Knack. Round Table Three largely was dominated by the discussion on Tackling Homelessness, a cause Councillor Andrew Knack as we well know is very passionate about. Turns out, Dennis Paproski and his team @ Domcor share that exact same passion. Much has to do with the security they already provide for our city services. They have a desire to do more. Its all in the way you treat people, avoid confrontation, asking what they need, a bottle of water, helping them get on their way to where they need to go. Dealing with people on their level. Talking down to people, or the use of force, just does not make the grade of how to diffuse a situation and achieve the desired outcome. Being helpful, treating people with respect and in a dignified manner, goes a much longer way in obtaining the desired result.
